Evening Reception

We believe that your evening reception is just as important as your day reception so a lot of effort and thought has gone into our evening food and service.

The key features to a successful evening party:

  • The food is served at the correct time
  • There are plenty of staff serving the food
  • There should be little queuing
  • There must be plenty of food
  • The food is exciting to your guests

Consequently we have been at the forefront of the evening food, and ensure we have always been ahead of the game.  The chillout gardens boast the Al Fresco Kitchen with its wood fire stone pizza oven, charcoal BBQ, outside fryer for Fish n Chips, Arrosticini BBQ and Asado Grill.  The food doesn’t just look and taste great, there is also a sense of theatre in the preparation and the serving of the food, that will impress your guests at the time and into the future.

When planning your reception with your wedding co-ordinator a perfect time will be chosen to satisfy your guests and to ensure it does not clash with any other form of entertainment.

Stone Baked Pizza

A favourite dish from the region of Abruzzi in Italy. Arrosticini are long, thin, and mouth-watering skewers of lamb that are famous in this part of Italy. They are cooked over a specially made barbecue called a Fornacella, which ensures that the meat cooks over smoking-hot charcoal but the skewers don’t burn. This makes for great evening food and something your guests will never have experienced before, making it a night to remember. Available as an upgrade if not included in your package. Served with dressed salad leaves and buffalo tomatoes with basil, garlic bread and Italian bread.

Asado Grill


A truly unique experience for you and your guests.

Carefully selected cuts of the finest meats cooked are over wood fire on our Parrilla grill in, a tradition dating back thousands of years. Our Asado menu combines the beauty and tradition of flame kissed meat with modern flavours that all your guests will love. Please choose three cuts of meats, these will be served with an array of sides, salads and dressings. Available as an upgrade if not included in your package

Fish and Chips

Home cooked fresh fish in beer batter served with chips, mushy peas & curry sauce. Available as an upgrade if not included in your package. Choose from cod, haddock or plaice.

Hogg Roast

Hogg roast, bread baps, stuffing, crackling and apple sauce served with potatoes and a salad selection. Available as an upgrade if not included in your package. For parties over 140 guests, a whole hogg will be used, less than 140 guests, joints of pork will be used.

Evening Desserts

Profiteroles, brownie bites, churros or your own favourite dessert or a cheese platter. POA
